ATLANTIC SAFETY WEAR INC. SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

For Canadian deliveries: Orders will have a standard shipping rate of $9.99 plus applicable taxes. Exceptions may apply when shipping to remote locations in Canada.  We aim to have your order delivered within 2-8 days (remote locations may take longer). To ensure your order is delivered efficiently to you, we ship with either Canada Post or UPS.  A tracking number will be sent to you.
Occasionally we may not have an item in stock in within Canada. In this case we will require an additional 7-10 business days to fulfill your order. A member of our Customer Support team will update you each step of the way.

You may exchange or return any UNWORN products within 30 days of the purchase date, items must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging and the tags still attached.

Please include the completed Return Form (link below) in the package. Please contact us either by phone or email and we will generate your Return Postage label and email it to you.  The shipping label is to be affixed to the outside of the package to ensure that your return is processed as effectively as possible.

There is a 90 DAY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY on all Grisport Footwear. If you have received a damaged or defective product, or an issue arises within 90 days of purchase, please call 1-902-846-9277 immediately so we may assist you with the return of your item. If we determine after inspecting the returned product that a defect has occurred as a result of normal use, we will replace or refund the defective footwear.  Any wear deemed as abusive, excessive or inappropriate may void the warranty.
